Our Mission
Berkeley Women in Business (BWIB) empowers the business leaders of tomorrow through leadership development and discourse about gender equity in the workforce. We strive to develop our members into well-rounded individuals with the skills necessary to succeed in their careers.
BWIB is open to all students, all majors, and all genders.
Our members
We currently have 250+ active members across all years.
Our members represent over 15 areas of study spanning business, humanities, and STEM.
Approximately 90% of members have found an internship in various industries such as finance, consulting, and marketing after their first year in BWIB.
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Anyone is welcome to become a General Member.
Membership allows you to attend as many or as few BWIB events as your schedule accommodates. You can come to our Case Competition and Women in Workforce Conference to learn more about BWIB!
If you want to be more involved, you can apply to be on a committee, which gives you the opportunity to strengthen specific skills & form a stronger bond with fellow members.

These events provide members with an opportunity to gain a hands-on learning experience while connecting with industry leaders.
